Every missed call is a customer who calls the next business on the list

Someone with a toothache, a leaking pipe or a legal problem does not leave a voicemail and wait. They call the next name in the search results. That happens at lunch, during a busy morning, after five and all weekend — exactly when your front desk is not there to answer.

The receptionist answers right away, day or night, and you get a summary of the call by email instead of never hearing about it.

How it works

  1. 01

    We learn your business

Your hours, services, the prices you are happy to share, your most common questions, and how you want urgent calls handled. One conversation and a short form.

  2. 02

    We build and test it

In English and Spanish. We also try to trick it — into leaking information or going off-script — before any customer can. You listen to it and approve it before it goes live.

  3. 03

    You forward your calls

Keep your number and forward after-hours, unanswered or all calls. We add the same assistant to your website chat, monitor it, and send you a monthly results report.

What it handles

Questions

Hours, location, parking, services, insurance or payment options, and the prices you choose to publish — answered from your information, not the internet's.

Leads

Name, number, what they need and how urgent it is, sent to you by email when the call ends.

Appointments

Takes appointment requests for you to confirm, or on Pro books straight into a scheduling system that supports it.

Urgent calls

Recognises the calls you have told it are urgent and routes them the way you choose, instead of treating a burst pipe like a quote request.

After hours

Nights, weekends and holidays, with no answering-service script and no hold music.

Website chat

The same assistant answers on your website, so a visitor at 11pm gets an answer instead of a contact form.

BusinessTypical calls it takes off your plate

Bilingual is the point, not an add-on

Plenty of callers across Broward are more comfortable in Spanish. A receptionist that only speaks English quietly turns some of them away.

This one can answer in Spanish or English — we test the switch with your own scripts before go-live — and sends you the summary in English or Spanish, your choice.

Minute caps count phone time. Minutes over the cap are billed at our cost plus a small margin, and we warn you before you reach it. *Direct booking depends on your scheduling system offering an integration; we confirm that before you sign up. The monthly report shows calls answered, leads captured and how many calls came in after hours.

Built by a cybersecurity firm, not a marketing agency

An AI receptionist hears names, phone numbers, addresses and sometimes things callers should not be saying on the phone. We run managed security for local businesses, and we build this the same way.

Common questions

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. The greeting says so, and says the call may be recorded. Announcing that it is an AI is our policy, because callers deserve to know who they are talking to. The recording notice is there because Florida requires the consent of everyone on a call before it is recorded.

Do I keep my current phone number?

Yes. You keep your number and forward calls to the receptionist: only after hours, only when nobody picks up, or all the time. You can change that whenever you like, and nothing about your number is transferred to us.

What happens when it cannot answer a question?

It says it will get someone to call back, takes the caller's name, number and reason, and sends you the summary straight away by email (text alerts are available once your business number is registered for business texting). On the Pro plan it can transfer the call to you or a member of staff during hours you set (confirmed during setup).

How does the Spanish work?

The receptionist can answer in Spanish or English, and we test switching between them with your own scripts before go-live. Your summary arrives in English or Spanish, your choice, so you do not need to speak Spanish to follow up on a Spanish-speaking lead.

What if I go over my minutes?

Starter includes up to 300 call minutes a month and Pro up to 800. Minutes beyond that are billed at our cost plus a small margin, and we tell you before you reach the cap rather than after. If you keep going over, we will tell you whether Pro is cheaper.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. It is month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel. The one-time $750 setup fee covers building, testing and tuning the receptionist on your business before it goes live.

Can a dental or medical office use it?

If you're a medical or dental practice, talk to us first: handling patient calls requires a HIPAA business associate agreement with the voice platform, which we set up before go-live. It never gives clinical advice.

Does it replace my receptionist?

It is not meant to. It covers the calls your team cannot get to: lunch, busy mornings, after hours, weekends and holidays. Your staff answer the calls they can, and the AI picks up the rest.

How long does setup take?

It depends mostly on how quickly we get your hours, services, FAQs and booking details, and on whether we are connecting a scheduling system. We give you a go-live date before you pay the setup fee.

Hear it before you buy it

Book 15 minutes and we will show you how the receptionist works and what yours would sound like, in English or Spanish.
